Our vanities and medicine cabinets are made from solid timber.  This set is a one off design that is inspired by industrial architecture.  

 

The vanity dimensions are:

  • 1200 wide x 500mm deep x 900mm tall
  • These vanities can be custom ordered in the dimensions and configuration of your choice.  See our vanities page for ideas

 

Our lead time on items not in stock is approximately 16 weeks however this one is available for immediate delivery. 

 

Delivery Options:

  • Australia-Wide: Delivery is available via trusted third-party services for an additional fee. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and contact us to arrange delivery.
  • Sydney Metro: We offer direct local delivery for an additional fee. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and contact us to organise delivery.
  • International: We have delivered pieces all over the world. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and contact us to arrange delivery via a third-party service at an additional fee.

 

All of our work is handmade to order.  Please note that we do our very best to build to customer's exact requirements re colour of timber, but timber being a natural material, expect some variance when comparing to existing stock.

  • Return & Refund Policy for Custom Orders

    At Three of a Kind Furniture we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made items tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place:

    1. No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

    All custom-ordered furniture is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

    2. Order Cancellations

    • Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee.

    3. Warranty & Defective Products

    We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your vanity arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

    • Claims for damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and a detailed description.
    • If the issue is due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
    • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation are not covered.

    4. Accurate Measurements & Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, configurations, and specifications are correct before placing an order. We recommend consulting with your plumber or installer to confirm sizing and compatibility.

    By placing a custom order with Three of a Kind Furniture you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before finalising your purchase.

  • FURNITURE RETURN POLICY

    Return Period

    • Eligible furniture items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection.
    • Returns are only accepted for valid reasons (damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing components).
    • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) must be provided when making a return.

    Return Conditions

    Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

    • Product arrives damaged or defective
    • Incorrect item delivered
    • Missing parts or components

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Be in original condition
    • Have no signs of use
    • Include all original packaging, protective materials, and accessories
    • Include all product documentation and warranty information

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Items being returned due to change of mind or personal preference
    • Custom or made-to-order furniture
    • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
    • Floor samples or clearance items (unless otherwise specified at time of purchase)
    • Items marked as "Final Sale"

    Return Process

    • Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or in-store.
    • Return Authorisation: Obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning any item.
    • Packaging: Re-package the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Return Shipping or Collection:
      • For smaller items, return shipping arrangements and costs are the customer's responsibility.
      • For larger furniture pieces, contact us to arrange a collection (fees apply).
      • Items can be returned to our store locations at no cost.

    Refunds

    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
    • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • Collection fees for large items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges

    • Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference).
    • The exchange process follows the same conditions as our return policy.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your furniture arrives damaged or defective:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide photos of the damage or defect.
    • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
    • Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
